The Moray Threshold Choir is based in Forres, Morayshire (Scotland). We sing for people in the local area who are seriously ill or approaching the end of life. We welcome enquiries from carers and caring professionals who would like to find out more about what we offer and make requests for bedside singing. We offer to do a demonstration for staff at care facilities to let them experience and understand what it is we are offering.
The Moray Threshold Singers have made a short film to convey to carers and people who might be interested in experiencing our service. Please feel free to share this film, and to contact us if you would like us to do a demonstration to staff at your facility, or to attend one of our public events. Watch the film.
Listen to a BBC Radio Scotland interview with Chloe Greenwood, director of the Moray Threshold Choir (about 10 minutes):
We welcome enquiries from women who are interested in attending a meeting to discern whether they would like to join us. We also welcome women who are visiting the area and would like to join us at a practice to find out more about the Threshold Choir. We meet every Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
