SAVE—San Luis Valley Threshold Choir

Our choir was joyfully founded in February 2013. We offer our voices to provide comfort and peace to those who are ill or dying. Songs include chants, lullabies, and simple harmonies sung softly and as gentle blessings, not as entertainment. Our songs are short, repetitious, and soothing. We are not associated with any church or religious group, but our songs are deeply spiritual. We sing by invitation only, in groups of two or three. Our song is our gift; there is no charge.

Rehearsals for choir members are calming and supportive, and the bonds we form with each other are strong. If you are interested in joining us in this sacred work, we ask that you are able, or sincerely want to learn, to carry a tune, singing softly and blend your voice with others, and communicate kindness with your voice.

If you would like to request singers at a bedside or visit a rehearsal, please contact us by email or call us at (303) 946-5465.
