While New Orleans has been called "the city that care forgot", Threshold Choir Nola is spreading the message through song that we are not the city who forgot to care. In a city known for its music, we lift our voices to those at the thresholds of life: the sick, dying, hospitalized, bereaved, terminally ill, or those in need of the solace and comfort our gentle songs bring.

Threshold Choir Nola formed in August of 2016 and meets on Tuesday nights in Old Metairie. When our regular rehearsal space is unavailable, we meet at the home of one of our members. We offer our gift of song to those in the metro New Orleans, Louisiana area and will travel a modest distance as availability permits. Our Lady of Wisdom on the West Bank, as well as Lambeth House and the Poydras Home in uptown New Orleans are assisted living facilities in the area that enjoy our services.
