South Sound Threshold Singers
Curious about the Threshold Choir and the South Sound Threshold Singers?
For questions or more information, contact Jacque at [email protected].
The South Sound Threshold Singers bring the gift of song to those at the most challenging stages of life. Like other Threshold Choirs, we honor the ancient tradition of gathering at the bedsides of people who are ill or dying, or holding space for any individual in need of healing song.
We choose songs to respond to the musical tastes, spiritual traditions, and needs of those we serve. Our songs carry messages of love, strength, comfort, healing, peace, and joy.
When invited, we sing in groups of two to four at hospices, private homes, care facilities, and hospitals in the South Puget Sound area of Washington, including Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, and surrounding communities.
Through voice and song, we offer presence, care, and support — companionship on the path.
Singing with Us
We welcome singers whose hearts and voices are tuned and aligned with healing Love. If you can carry a tune, learn to hold your own part, blend your voice with others, and communicate kindness with your voice, we welcome you. We meet on the 2nd Thursday and the 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:00 PM (September through June). Please contact us by email.
